GENERAL
All orders accepted by Paul Harley Studio are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions.
FRAMING
The frame and mount feature on the site is intended as a good guide to the finished appearance of the framed product. It is not an exact reproduction and there may be slight variations in shade and scale.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
All credit and debit cards are processed via PayPal's secure site. Customers have the option to pay through their existing PayPal account or they can pay using their debit or credit card without the need to set up an account with PayPal. Both these options are available once the customer has clicked on the Checkout Button in the PayPal basket.
Alternatively, if you would like to pay by cheque please send us your contact details by email and we will get in touch to take your order and provide further details. Cheques are subject to clearance before delivery.
DELIVERY CHARGES
All Paper Prints:
Framed Print Prices include delivery.
Delivery Charge for print only: £3.50
All Giclee' Prints On Canvas:
Unframed prints & framed prints up to £239.99: £6.00
Unframed prints & framed prints from £240.00 and above: £12.00
DELIVERY
Paper prints are usually despatched within 2 working days. Giclee' prints on canvas are usually despatched within 3 working days. Customers will be notified of any delay.
Unframed Prints: are packed with care in acid-free tissue and strong 3" or 4" diameter picture tubes.
Framed Prints: will be padded and boxed before being posted First Class or sent by Courier depending on size.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For delivery to destinations outside the UK, please email for a quote.
RETURNS
Refunds will be given if prints are returned for a refund within 7 days of receipt provided they are returned undamaged, in their original packaging and condition. We will issue a full refund less delivery charge. The customer is responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods to us. We recommend you use a registered service with insurance. Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected.
In the unlikely event that the item you receive has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
RESERVATION OF TITLE
The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the TITLE in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.
